Technical specifications or characteristics:

The size varies according to the need for capacity and washing speed (300 - 1.200 drawers / hour standard model).
Each washing machine is divided into 3 phase: Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.
Each phase includes a receiving tank for the recirculation of the liquid, as well as its own pump with characteristics specifically for this application.
The first wash tank includes a steam coil if it is required to heat water.
Each spray nozzle is directed to a specific area of the drawer or tray thus ensuring a wash in the entire interior and exterior area.
The drag of the drawer is by means of an intralox chain.
Includes filtration system: 5 meshes of different sizes for cleaning during the variable speed conveyor belt of the washing machine, which allows greater flexibility when choosing the type of washing depending on the degree of dirt in the drawer or tray.
It has superior and lateral regulation which makes it possible to wash more than one size of drawers / trays / crates / baskets.
Requires only 2 operators.
